The adjacent chef-ready kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all essentials for effortless dining in.

Long Term Living:
If you're a digital nomad, college student, or new resident looking for a furnished rental for 2+ months, reach out! Our monthly pricing for extended stays starts at $2,200/month. You'll be hard pressed to find a home as spacious and centrally located in East Nashville more affordably. Note that there is a refundable security deposit of $500 for reservations between 30 days and 6 months, and a deposit of $1,000 for reservations over 6 months.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of the Nashville popularity boom, construction recently started near the home. You should expect some construction disruption Monday-Friday between 7am and 7pm.
