Wonderful Stay

Great Stay

What a wonderful place. An easy walk to the old market in a quiet neighborhood. Check in was a breeze and things like a pack and play, high chair and baby gates made this a great place for our family.

Great place, great host, great stay

We visit Omaha frequently and this SoMa townhouse is our go to place. Beautiful place, well appointed and cared for, convenient to Old Market and Downtown, 3 sleeping areas, pet friendly and has a wonderful upper deck. The Hosts are proactive with information and quick to respond to any request.

Family Wedding

This was probably one of the best appointed properties we have rented for vacations. It was very roomy, the furnishing very comfortable, especially the beds, and much more. We really liked the roof and the view. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in Omaha.

Excellent!

Very highly recommend. The condo was very clean, comfortable and inviting. The location was convenient for many of the activities we planned. Additionally, there were several amenities provided that were an added touch as well. We particularly enjoyed the roof top balcony and fire pit where we had nightly cocktails and conversation.

Great stay!

Great property! Great location! We loved our time in Omaha. This home had everything that we forgot including kids shampoo, a tooth brush, and even snacks! Although having multiple flights of stairs was not super kid friendly, there were plenty of baby gates for us to use. We see family in Omaha somewhat often and would definitely use this place again!

Best spot in Omaha!

We absolutely loved every minute of our trip. The townhouse was immaculate and so cozy. We walked everywhere which was easy to do since the location is awesome. The hosts thought of everything. The beds are sooooo comfortable. My 4 year old daughter really appreciated the cute toys in the cabinet. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Omaha! Thank you again!

Excellent Trip!

Susan was so easy to deal with - wonderful with communicating. The home was very homey & there wasn’t anything we needed. She has it all! Would highly recommend staying here for CWS. (In walking distance of almost everything).

I know I have a good stay when I don't think about anything. Staying in this unit was easy and comfortable. There was a day when the entire area had the wifi down. I contacted Susan; she called and communicated quickly as to what was happening. She offered to call the cable company again, a task I hate doing myself so I appreciated someone else's help!

Wonderful stay to end a week long trip

From the check in process to checking out this property met all our expectations and more! The on-site parking was perfect and allowed so to be able to stay close to the old market and downtown but not have to worry about parking. The downstairs bunk beds were perfect for the kids! The house came well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies and even laundry supplies and shampoo and conditioner. The option for a pot of coffee or just a cup was an added bonus and there was plenty of coffee available as well. The addition of family games and puzzles as well as some kids toys was an extra treat! By this point in our trip our kids were tired of the ones they brought so having new toys to play with keep them entertained the rest of the time. Though we didn’t need it, the pack n play, high chair and stroller available showed that this really is a family friendly property and I know others will appreciate as well. It was only a 3 minute drive to the children’s museum and about 5 to the zoo. We could have easily walked to old market for shopping and food (however we were lazy and drove). If we have another trip to Omaha we will be staying here again!

Our family loves this condo!

This condo is within walking distance of downtown, Old Market, and sports venues. The owners have supplied lots of extras to make it very comfortable. We were particularly happy with the gas fireplace and garage when temperatures were below freezing outside. This was our second time staying here.

The stay was incredible.

Our favorite part of our stay was the location of our vrbo, as the location of the house is very accommodating, with being just a short walking or driving distance to many great destinations Omaha has to offer. The house was clean and well laid out. We also loved it was pet friendly. We are looking forward to book again!

Highly recommend

We were beyond impressed with our stay in Omaha. The hosts were wonderful and thought of every detail. The home was beautiful and well-equipped for everything we needed. We loved being able to bring our puppy and have a dog bed and a kennel provided for us (he also loved the new dog toy and treats)! The location is perfect, it is an easy walk to the old market with plenty of coffee houses and restaurants to choose from. We would give more stars if we could.

Girls trip

We loved this property . We came with a group of girls for a long weekend including a race in council bluffs, Iowa and to celebrate birthdays. This is such a fun location !! Aside from driving to council bluffs for the race , we didn’t have to move our cars out of the garage . There were so many things within walking distance of the house . We enjoyed great food , a local brewery, the park, a haunted house and so many other things . And when we weren’t exploring , we were out enjoying the rooftop patio. Susan was exceptionally nice to deal with and it was a wonderful experience . We would totally stay here again!!
