About this property

The South Carriage House at Casa Buena is nestled on a private residence in the heart of Historic Downtown St Augustine. The space is a cozy retreat for a romantic getaway or a small family and is situated steps from all that St Augustine has to offer. Despite being so close to the action, the Carriage House sits on a quiet residential section of downtown. Park your car and forget about it - walk to the best restaurants, shops and attractions in the Ancient City! Off-street parking is provided.

The Carriage House features a well stocked kitchenette with a portable cooktop, dishes and silverware, a Keurig coffee maker and a small fridge. Bath amenities like shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels / bed linens are provided. We also provide complimentary tea and coffee and a bottle of wine at check in!

There are 2 TV's in the unit, each with live and on demand channels via YouTube TV. Stream your music in the living room through a bluetooth lightbulb speaker!

The Carriage House is located just a few blocks from everything downtown St Augustine has to offer, yet it is in a very quiet residential area. We, the owners, live onsite at the main residence and have a duty to uphold the neighborhood feel of our lovely street!

Please note that access to the bathroom is via the bedroom, which is why we suggest the space is suitable for a couple or a small family that doesn't mind sharing the access!

Fantastic Weekend In St Augustine

This was hands down the BEST rental we have ever stayed in! The host were phenomenal and very helpful! The rental was the cleanest we have ever seen and stocked with everything you could possibly want or need! The location was perfect, quiet & beautiful! Absolutely perfect for a couples getaway! Highly Recommend! We will definitely be back!!

Comfortable cottage, well maintained and clean. It rained for entire stay however a great anniversary retreat. Host were very gracious with commodity’s and supplied everything needed A big thank you to them.

Wonderful Experience

The property was in a wonderful location. You could walk anywhere you wanted to go. The gatehouse/cottage was immaculate & adorable. The bed was beyond comfortable & the host were welcoming. They had everything we needed in the home, plus a few extras. I would recommend this home to anyone who wanted to explore & relax in St. Augustine, FL.

Fabulous location in the heart of St. Augustine

This is a fabulous location in the heart of the historic district of St. Augustine, within walking distance to everything. The home is lovely. If I had to provide any feedback, it would be to replace the current bed with a larger one, as the area is big enough to accommodate.
