With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, WIFI, a well appointed kitchen, large living space, coffee bar, pool table, office area and outdoor seating and updated landscaping in the garden, this property is sure to make you fall in love with St. Augustine and everything it has to offer.

Built in 1918, it has been lovingly converted into a vacation home in our nation's oldest city, all while maintaining the original hardwood floors & windows. Everything is within walking distance to all St. Augustine has to offer - shops, restaurants, points of interest, historic sites, you name it! In addition, it is only one block from US 1 so getting to additional stores, restaurants, the beach, or even going to Jacksonville for the day could not be easier. This home is truly in a perfect location for anything you could possibly need or want during your Saint Augustine adventure!

***PLEASE, if you are expecting pristine, 5 star resort accommodations... do not book this church. Remember that this unique property is approximately 105 years old and so are many of the furnishings, belongings, and systems. Though extremely well built, the marks of time and character are all over, paint is peeling, plaster has cracks, original floors are scratched, some outlets and light switches do not work, it can be drafty in spots, etc. We have updated everything as much as possible to allow for a comfortable stay without sacrificing the soul of the property. We ask that you PLEASE treat this church with the respect that it deserves. This is all part of the charm and beauty of this piece of history that we are happy to share with you.***

Great location

This property was beautiful! Such an awesome experience inside an old church. The location was great, walking distance to historic down town. I highly recommend booking this location.

We had a beautiful time here. It was nice to be able to be at a walking distance to St. George Street. My kids loved playing pool as well. This house felt like a retreat for our family.

Clean and Bright

Nice place, well stocked and good location. We would stay there again for sure! Had a beautiful Christmas tree set up too!! Comfy beds and nice sheets. I would definitely remove all the plugins.. such a fire hazard ⚠️

Charming house in a great location!

Quick trip for a Ladies weekend (7 of us) and could not have asked for a better place to have stayed. Between the charm the house itself provided, to the location of all what the historic district of St Augustine has to offer, (all within walking distance) this made our weekend so much more special. We never encountered issues given the age of the property and were pleasantly surprised with the abundance of outlets/plug for all of our phones/watches. Given the high ceilings and loft area, the AC never seemed to struggle and water pressure/ hot water were consistent. No issues with the comfy factor- plenty of additional blankets, pillows available if needed. The only complaint we had was that the weekend flew by too fast! We would absolutely reserve this place again for future visits.

Unique and awesome property!

The property is one of the coolest we've stayed in, and was a huge hit! It's also in a perfect location easy walk to all that St. Augustine has to offer.
