The apartment is located in the garden part of the property and is therefore very quiet. An ideal place for children. The apartment has a living room with double sofa bed, satellite TV, music system and Wi-Fi guest access with mis to 80 Mbit / s (extra charge). In the kitchenette you will find 2 hotplates, refrigerator, mini oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all necessary utensils. A separate dining area is also available. In the bedroom you will find a double bed with new slatted frames and mattresses and an expandable bunk, suitable for 2 children or an adult. A cot and other toiletries for babies and toddlers can be provided, as well as a baby chair.
The bathroom area was completely renovated in early 2016 and has a shower with glass door, a hanging toilet, a large sink, storage space for your utensils and a hair dryer. A staircase leads from the entrance to the apartment on the first floor overlooking the garden. The staircase was completely renovated in early 2018. Facilities include bed linen, towels, as well as cleaning products for the kitchen and the toilet. In the large garden you will find several seating and lounging possibilities. You can park your car on the property, as well as store your bikes. You can reach us by car, train and bus. The nearest station (Förtha) is about 500m away.
