Great location

This home is right on the beach and offers gorgeous views. A nice deck that’s only partially covered so you can have sun or shade. Open concept living room and kitchen. Offers nice deck chairs and table for relaxing outside, eating, and taking in the views. Only negative is the mattresses and furniture need updating and the wifi is bad.

House is cute, the front door and back door could use some work on the locking and opening/closing. But other than that it was a cute little house to stay for a few nights.

Renter beware

We have been renting from VRBO for 5 years and the homes were exceptional till this one,this location doesn’t live up to the standard of VRBO that we’ve become accustomed to in my opinion,to start,Vacasa assured me that the beds in the guest rooms that were horrendous,also in reviews,was taken care of,the ladies in those rooms had to put the beds on the floor to sleep because the mattresses are so bad you can feel the slats through them,there was a constant non stop chirping that kept the ladies up all night,there was no security gate to keep the dog or child from falling down them,the inside of the house was dirty,the front of the stainless steal refrigerator was nasty,the laundry room had a mildew smell that makes it’s way into the living area,there were broken slats on the floor that stuck up stubbing our toes,the guest bathroom had pink mold on the shower curtain,none of the outside plugs worked,we had to remove the fire alarm because it wouldn’t stop sounding off,as I’ve said,this is not what we became accustom to with VRBO. It puts y’all in a bad light,you may want to remove this listing till the issues in this house are resolved. Very dissatisfied customer with this location.

Nice place, just some things to know

Like i said the place is nice! But theres just some maintenance issues with the house that need to be addressed at this time. 1- the door handle is wore out and door is not plum so hard to open. 2-the air filter for the central is a solid layer of lint you can see, just needs to be changed 3-I know with it being a pet friendly house. It’s hard to get the dog hair out of everything, but the bedsheets had black hairs all in it. 4- the guest bathroom, toilet flapper does not seal so it’s constantly draining and refilling. 5-there are parts of the flooring that look like they might have gotten wet and buckled up and if you’re not careful, it will cut your foot if you catch it wrong, if not fix, maybe just put a carpet over. 6-and last, but not least the only actual complaint I have is the master bed is so uncomfortable everyones body was aching by morning time Other than that the porch is really nice and the house is really nice in general just needs to be up kept a little bit better before it gets run down
