One family home on beach block in Ocean Beach 1, location is a short walk to OB1 private beach and into the town of Lavallette! Enjoy morning coffees and colorful sunsets on our roomy roof deck! Nicely decorated with well-kept amenities, 1 bedroom and full bathroom conveniently located on the first floor. Perfect for older family members and younger children. Secord floor has 1 primaryr bedroom with full bathroom, 2 bedrooms with single beds, and a common full bathroom. Central Air, Washer and Dryer, Non-smokers only, no pets please! Renters required to purchase beach passes for private beach access. Maximum 2 car driveway, no street parking. BBQ and outdoor shower included. We look forward to sharing our home with you!

The Perfect Family Beach Home

This property surpassed all our expectations. The home was so clean and welcoming. The roof Deck was our favorite part. The location is ideal- a 10 minute walk into "town," bakery , ice cream and liquor store across the street to name a few. A three minute walk to the beach. A must stay!
