This house has everything you could ask for! 5 minutes from the beach! Completely renovated about one year ago! Beautiful patio area with a pool! Large island in kitchen and sitting area for relaxing while cooking! 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large spacious bedrooms, sun room off of master bedroom, and beautiful views of the pool from guest bedroom and sun room. House is absolutely beautiful and meticulously maintained! Property is in a gated community with guard gate and 24 hour surveillance. Golf available and included in the community. Beautiful golf course. House is close to everything - 5 minutes to beach, 25 minutes to downtown Naples, 5 minutes to Publix, and 15 minutes to Mercato and the Naples nightlife! This is your perfect vacation getaway retreat! Sit back and relax by the pool or take the 5 minute drive to the beach and enjoy the Southwest Florida sun!

Fantastic

We had a lovely stay. A perfect and safe location. The home home was clean and well stocked with supplies. Owners were easy to contact and responded promptly to our questions. A bonus was the friendly welcome from everyone we met on our walks through the neighborhood. Excited that there are new pickleball courts opening soon.

Cancelled Week of Stay

I booked this reservation and the host later contacted me to cancel it saying that he was double booked. He continuously claimed

This is not a fair review. The only reason I had to cancel was because there was a malfunction with VRBO's system and this person was able to book for days I had previously blocked off. Regardless, I continuously worked with the person and VRBO to ensure a full and complete refund was provided.

A Super Escape from Winter

I spent five weeks at this lovely house and wish I could have stayed longer. It feels like a home rather than a rental, with everything a cook would need and bedrooms in two wings. I especially appreciated the heated pool (with its optional child-proof fence) and the surrounding patio. Matt is an amazing landlord who keeps the property in top shape and responds immediately to questions. In short, I feel lucky to have been Matt’s tenant in this safe, attractive gated community.
