About this property

How about a stay in a (redeveloped) GDR department store, in the middle of a (public) oak park?Fully equipped, separate apartment, with full use of the garden and private parking.
The apartment is 50m2 and has a bedroom with a large (180cm) double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped (incl. Dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, etc) and is open to the living room. In the living room there is a large couch with sleep function, so that the apartment can be used by up to 4 people. There is also a walk-in closet, a small utility room and a bathroom with rain shower. The whole apartment has underfloor heating and is at ground level.
Meusdorf, in the south of Leipzig, is Leipzig's green bacon belt, with direct connection to the NEUSENLAND in Leipzig (with its innumerable lakes, Markkleeberger See is 10 minutes away, recreational facilities, water sports, amusement park Belantis and many more). This part of town is quiet, but very well connected to the public transport (bus + train) and highway and you are within 15 minutes in the city center.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Umgebung ruhig und grün. Vermieter ist super nett, alles perfekt. Wir kommen wieder.

Super Wohnung

Die Wohnung und ruhige Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Den direkt angrenzenden Spielplatz fanden die Kinder super. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Einfache und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Vielen Dank!

Tolle Unterkunft für Städtetrip

Tolle Unterkunft, in der man sich direkt wie zuhause fühlt. Alles wie in der Beschreibung und sehr sauber. Die Sauna ist ein sehr großer Pluspunkt, allerdings ist die Einsicht vom angrenzenden Gasthof sowie dem Parkplatz relativ frei. Ansonsten ist man trotz der ruhigen Lage schnell für kulturelle Ausflüge im Zentrum von Leipzig.
