Your Lake Havasu escape awaits with a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and stunning views!

Spacious interior space for gathering large groups and entertaining. Living spaces open onto outdoor covered decks with additional seating and dining areas to take in the lake views after a day in the sun. Two story home with rooftop deck for desert sunsets. The gourmet kitchen is perfect with 2 dining areas long island that opens to the family room for easy entertaining.

Pool heating is available for your stay for an additional fee. $75 daily, 3 day consecutive minimum required. Heated above ground spa included with stay.

First bedroom- 1 King bed

Golden Rule - Be a good neighbor :) Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am

Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is limited to 16pp. A charge of $50 per person per night for additional guests with prior consent by owner.

Minimum Age Requirement: Must be 21 or older to rent property. Underage drinking is not allowed on property.

Visitors: We allow 4 additional guests not staying overnight. The total number of persons allowed on property is 20pp.

Pets: Pets are allowed if host has been notified and pet fee of $125 per pet, per stay has been paid. Please DO NOT allow pets on furniture, bedding or pool.

Parking: Please DO NOT pull into neighbors driveways or park vehicles or trailer on neighbor street side. This is Lake Havasu City ordinance, local residents may request towing at owners expense. Guest may park autos in garage or driveway. Boats, RVs and trailers may be parked on driveway or gravel side lot.

Check In/Out: Early check in and/or late check out is limited. Please request 24hrs before arrival or departure, we are happy to accommodate if available. Note: housekeeping needs several hours to clean and prepare home for next guest.

Amazing place!

We would definitely stay here again. Christine was amazing and super helpful with everything. The property itself was awesome. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were all very nice, kitchen had everything we needed. We grilled one night and sat out on the patio with our group and enjoyed the view. We decided not to have the pool heated which was a good idea because it was perfect temperature. Really enjoyed our time here! Great place for large groups. Thanks Christine and Jon!

Great Location and House

Really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, up to date, and has a lot of great amenities. Plus the view from the roof is top notch. There were some initial hiccups with the house as it was recently remodeled, but the owner was extremely communicative and eager to get things sorted out. Lots of room for guests and the location is a quick walk to the lake and by extension the rest of the town.

amazing stay

First off, awesome host!! everything ran seamlessly. Host were very responsive even before my stay. Helpful. Kind. The home is BEAUTIFUL, spacious. Rooms are comfortable, beds amazing. Pictures don’t do it justice. My family loved the spilt levels. Basement space was awesome to have when the littles went to bed early on first level. Great views of the lake, sunset, sunrise.
