La villa est équipée d’une citerne très utile pour pallier aux coupures d’eau éventuelles.

La maison est située dans le quartier sécurisée des Terrasses de Cul de Sac, à seulement 5 minutes de l`aéroport de Grand Case et 30 minutes de l`aéroport international de Juliana.

L`attrait principal du quartier est sa position dans la Baie de Cul de Sac, face à l`ilet Pinel qui offre un panorama exceptionnel entre mer et collines sauvages.

Vous pourrez rejoindre l`ilet Pinel avec le bateau des passeurs à partir de l`embarcadère tout proche.

Juste derrière l`ilet Pinel, se trouve l`ile sauvage de Tintamarre, que vous pourrez rejoindre facilement par navette en bateau pour aller observer les tortues en snorkeling, faire un pique-nique sur la plage ou aller explorer l`île à pied.

Suivant la saison, vous aurez peut-être la chance d`observer dauphins et baleines.

Vous serez également très proche en voiture d`autres points d`intérêt de l`île :

Very pleasant stay for 14 days

Nice property as expected and advertised. The necessities are a short drive from the house. Depends on how much cooking you choose to do, so there is a very nice grocery store minutes away. Over the hill is a neat resort that is worthy of a visit for at least lunch. Easy drive back to the house.

The place was fantastic. Gated community. Private pool. Great host. The common area furniture was less than desirable. Will need to upgrade it ASAP.

Hello Dean, thanks for your review. I guess you are mentionning the indoor sofa because the beds are super cosy. The owner plans to buy a more confortable sofa in the coming weeks.

Good value

This is a very nice place. The list photos do not show all of the amenities. Kitchen includes oven, induction hob, and dishwasher. All kitchen utensils. There is also a washing machine (however, in true European style, no clothes dryer). Semi-private pool area is nice as well. I will likely stay there again.

Awesome property

Property was very clean and we felt safe. The property manager was great - checking in with us throughout the stay to ensure everything was good. We were one of the first to stay at the property. We noticed that there was not a safe to put our travel documents and valuables in We mentioned that to the property manager and within a few hour they had a safe company come out and install a safe. This was amazing. Highly recommend the property!!!
