Bright and comfortable apartment, located on the 1st floor of a wooded residence with shared swimming pool (open in the summer season), tennis and bowling alley.
Living room with a sofa, a kitchen area, a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed perfect for 2 people, a cabin area with 2 90 cm bunk beds then a bathroom and a terrace not overlooked -live with a magnificent sea view.
It is very comfortable and equipped: television, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a private parking space.

The residence has a swimming pool and a tennis court.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros/towel kit : with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
