Séjour à Fleury

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en seulement 4 jours! Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité de la propriétaire. Le top est bien évidement la plage au pied de l'immeuble et le centre avec le marché à 10 minutes a pied. L'appartement est calme et bien agencé avec tout le nécessaire surtout en ce qui concerne la cuisine. Le seul point délicat est la salle de douche qui est très petite le WC étant collé a la douche. Si vous n'êtes pas très regardant sur cela vous passerez un très bon séjour. Nous vous recommandons cet appartement

Emplacement au top!!!

L'emplacement est parfait. Le logement basique, bien prévoir le linge de lit, serviettes et chiffons car il n'y a rien. Il manque une petite bouilloire. Salle de bain minuscule. Beaucoup de patience nécessaire pour l'ouverture et fermeture de la porte d'entrée. Mais les petits bémols seront vite oubliés par la vue proposée. On y retournera peut être....

Proximité immédiate de la mer . Idéal un couple deux enfants . Un peu juste au delà . La salle de bain est vraiment très petite . Les chiens sont acceptés, bonheur, même si il est dommage que la plage juste en bas ne les accepte pas . Hors saison peu de commerce sont ouvert il faut vraiment un véhicule car peu de transport en commun . Top pour l’arrivée car clefs dans boîtier sécurisé donc pas de contrainte d’horaire.

Zentral gelegen. Strand nah und flach abfallend. Wasser sauber. Strand nicht bewirtschaftet. Sehr windig. Bummelzug in Innenstadt hält direkt vor dem Haus. Im Juli und August kostenfrei. (Vorsicht , man wird abends von Passanten und Anwohnern nass gespritzt. ) Fisch fangfrisch gegenüber. Gastronomie manchmal laut, wenig Verkehrslärm. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Kleiner Spar ca 1 km entfernt. Zum tgl. Markt in der Innenstadt kann man Bummelzug nutzen oder man findet auch Parkplätze, wenn man sich durch den Einbahnstrassenverkehr zurecht gefunden hat. :-) Zugang zur Wohnung mit Wendeltreppe im zweiten Stock. Ohne Handlauf. Mit leichter Gehbehinderung schwierig. Küchenzubehör reichlich vorhanden, inkl Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen. Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden, wenn auch nicht passend. Eher unübersichtlich. Spülmaschine defekt, Kontaktaufnahme direkt am ersten Tag über Handy whatsapp, keine Reparatur erfolgt. Sehr ärgerlich bei Familienaufenthalt, wenn man extra danach schaut. Auf dem Markt könne man Geschirrtücher besorgen. Geschirr und Besteck musste vor Gebrauch gespült werden. Sehr wenig Stauraum, da der vorhandene Stauraum entweder mit Vorhängeschlössern verschlossen ist oder die spärlich vorhandenen Schränke in den Schlafräumen fast komplett mit Privatgebrauchsgegenständen gefüllt waren. Inklusive verschmutzter Handtücher! Eigene Wäsche , Kissen, Decken sind ratsam. Das Passwort für Wlan musste erst erfragt werden. Sehr langsam. Zoommeeting nicht möglich. An- und Abreise erfolgten kontaktlos. Bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten nicht vorhanden. Bad :Wc , Boiler, Dusche , Waschbecken in einem Miniräumchen, Duschtüre demontiert, dafür Klemmvorhang. Wasser sehr stark gechlort, haben zum Zähneputzen Wasser gekauft. TV vorhanden, Nur französischsprachige Programme. Keine Möglichkeit deutsche Nachrichten zu schauen. Staubsauger vorhanden, kaum Steckdosen. Unbedingt Adapter und für Auflademöglichkeit Mehrfachstecker einpacken. Bei verpflichtender Endreinigung wäre es wünschenswert, dass man bei Ankunft nicht zahlreiche Haare und Sand entfernen muss. Unangenehm war im Wohnbereich leider sehr häufig Starker und ekliger Kanalisationsgeruch. Strand nicht für Hunde, in der Wohnung aber alles inkl Liegekissen, wobei wir unsere Utensilien für die Tiere dabei hatten, vorhanden! Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub, ideal für tolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wenn nicht zu starker Wind, traumhafter Strand.
