Schönes Haus, kleinliche Agentur!
Service vor Ort war sehr gut, wir hatten aber durch ein Missverständnis 4 Tage keine Markiseund einen defekten Sonnenschirm deshalb war sie Terrasse nicht nutzbar!Der Pool war ziemlich von Pflanzen verschmutzt,wurde dann aber gereinigt.Der Bootsliegeplatz wurde vom Eigentümer belegt!?Wir waren überrascht das uns dann für einen mit kleinen Blutflecken verschmutzten Kissenbezug68,- berechnet…..sehr sehr kleinlich,Schade!!!Gruß aus Karlsruhe Fritz

Madame, Monsieur,
Nous avons fait notre possible pendant votre séjour pour le rendre agréable. Le store était en état de arche. Le parasol, cassé par le précédent locataire, a été remplacé. Le vent a effectivement mis des feuilles dans la piscine qui a été alors nettoyée.
