Located next to the Baldwin Hills Scenic overlook, Culver Steps, Visitor Center and Nature Center. Close to Sony, Apple, Amazon, HBO, Culver Studios and the Expo line. 2 Flights of stairs from private street parking area. Gated entry and house. No parties. Quiet hours 11 pm-7am.
