Punta Mita was incredible!! My family and I had such a great time we will definitely be coming back next year! The condo was so nice and the concierge service was next level along with the daily cleaning it felt like being at our own resort. Highly recommend this property in the gates of Punta Mita!

The property manager went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She even helped plan a birthday party for my 4 year old. I would highly recommend the property.

Beautiful residence right next to golf course and pool. Seamless check-in. Housekeeper also able to serve up delicious breakfast was an additional (among many) pluses.

Condo was fantastic, clean and relaxing for a great vacation. Cinthia was very helpful and responded immediately to our many questions. We especially like the new golf cart that allowed us to visit the many beach clubs and town. I especially liked the small and long lap pool that allowed some exercise after a day of roasting in the sun. Highly recommend but Punta Mita is somewhat expensive.

Thanks for your comments, and special remarks to our staff and convenient location. I will make sure the staff receives your message. This month you may have felt that PM is somewhat expensive; but keep in mind that it is a temporary matter as the USD has lost ground against MXN Peso, almost 15%, since last year; but the historic records show us that it should come back soon to normal ranges. On our end, we have maintained our rental rates based in USD to avoid our guests suffering this temporary glitch in the financial world.

Our stay was amazing! The home had everything we needed and more. Cecilia and Claudia made sure we always had any assistance we needed and kept the trip stress free. The golf cart was key to getting around. We also loved being on the ground floor near the pool canal.

Great communication by host Cintia prior to arrival, with groceries and airport transport, very easy. House as as advertised, ground level so easy access to the pool. New golf cart an added bonus. Housekeeper and cook Claudia is great, made us delicious breakfast and 1 dinner, all top notch. Would recommend.

Great trip to Punta Mita

This was our first time in Punta Mita, and this property greatly exceeded our expectations. It was a great size for our family of 4 (and would work for even more people), was very clean, well located, and well stocked. Claudia cooked us breakfast a couple times, and it was amazing! Even our picky kids loved everything she made. We will absolutely stay here again!

The unit was extremely clean and exactly as described. We loved the location within the development, the helpful and kind staff and the great access to the outdoors. We utilized Cinthia for transportation arrangement, grocery shopping and reservation assistance, which was a huge benefit. Claudia kept the unit tidy all week and even did some of our laundry for us! We would definitely stay here again!! Note: We arrived just 2 weeks after the unrest in PV and I wanted to share that everything felt completely normal and very safe. I would not hesitate to spend your vacation time in Punta Mita - you will not be disappointed!

Well kept and maintained property with all the necessary items (i.e., towels, kitchen supplies, etc.). Cinthia and Claudia did an excellent job managing our stay and keeping the property in good shape. Ground floor location is a benefit too providing extra patio space.

We have been coming to Punta Mita for several years and it never ceases to amaze us! This condo was a perfect set up for 3 adults and 3 kids. Awesome condo and stay

Great location and property. Condo was clean and was great to be that close to the swim lane pool. Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Host was great to work with, housekeeping / cook Claudia was amazing. We did dinner one night that she cooked and was so good. Having the golf cart was key. Just know that the hot water takes some time to get going.

Just Wonderful!!

Our family was so thrilled with our experience here! The setting was beautiful as well as the living space and amenities. Also, Sonia (manager) and Claudia (house staff) were so gracious and kind to meet all of our family's needs. And, whenever any issues arose, they quickly were on it. We will be back!
