Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 36 m² flat with shared swimming pool for rent in Bagnères-de-Luchon, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 17 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 17 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A cabin with a bunk bed
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- A balcony of around 5 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

Communal area:
- A shared swimming pool within the residence, the area is open from 15 June to 15 September and fenced. The swimming pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday inclusive: 10am-6.30pm (subject to conditions: QR code on an application that will be sent to you).
Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence.

The flat is ideally located 1.5 km from the centre of Bagnères-de-Luchon, between the mountains, in a very pleasant setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Balnearia El apartamente era muy completo, tenía todo lo necesario. La urbanización tenía piscina, zona de paeque y ping pong, y mucho aparcamiento. Estaba a 15 minutos andando del centro del pueblo. La dueña, Marie-Clarie, fue encantadora, el problema es que para contactar con ella antes de llegar al alojamiento fue difícil porqué no atendió nuestros emails (su edad era algo avanzada), y a pesar de que intentamos que nos contestaran a través de la Agencia Cocoonr/Book&Pay, la agencia se desentendió totalmente de atender a nuestras preguntas aún sabiendo que Marie-Claire no nos estaba contestando. Es decir, la dueña muy bien, pero la agencia intermediaria no fue nada profesional.

Balnearia "Très bon rapport qualité/ prix. Les 2 chambres comprennent un placard. Un lit parapluie passe dans la chambre dite « cabine ». Balcon spacieux pour quatre avec vue sur la montagne. Résidence calme à l’entrée de Luchon. Intermarché, pharmacie, Luchon centre à 3 min en voiture. À faire sur 3 jours: cascade de Juzet (balade), Lac d’Oô (rando 1h30 A/R), encore plus joli et moins difficile: Gouffre D’enfer (1h30 A/R). Faisables avec porte-bébé de rando. Super resto: Le chalets des gourmands. Marie-Claire nous a très bien accueillis & était très réactive."
