Our modern one-bedroom Hope Estate hillside condo with ocean views is fully equipped and features high-speed fiber-optic internet. Whether you’re visiting this friendly island for business or pleasure, this tranquil location—right in the heart of it all—is perfect for you. We’re less than 5 minutes away from: Anse Marcel Beach, Orient Bay Beach, Grand Case Beach, L’Espérance (the French airport), a supermarket, a pharmacy, restaurants, bars, and other amenities. All our guests receive a 10% discount at FWI Bar and Brewery.

The Accommodation:
This apartment is 49 square metres. It features one air-conditioned bedroom. The toilet and shower are in a separate room. The kitchen and living room are open-concept. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and Nespresso machine. The living room has air conditioning and a fan. The laundry room is in a separate room off the living room and includes an ironing board, washing machine, and drying rack.
The living room opens onto the terrace. The terrace is very sunny and open. There is a fan, a dining table, and a hammock on the terrace. Please respect the maximum weight limit of 100 kg for the hammock. The hammock is for one person only.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment and backyard.

Additional notes:
The unit is a corner unit and has access to a large garden that extends from the front and runs along the left side of the property. From time to time, gardeners come by to mow the lawn and trim the hedges.

You are welcome to use the hammock on the terrace at your own risk. We do not accept responsibility for any injury you may sustain due to improper use. Please observe the maximum weight limit of 100 kilogrammes for the hammock. The hammock is for one person only.

There is a weekly cleaning fee for long stays to maintain the property’s standard.

We encourage self-sufficiency during your Airbnb stay. The laundry room can be used to wash towels and sheets if you need more than what is provided during your stay.

The property is located on a small hill with a steep incline, so we recommend that guests rent a car if they wish to stay at our property. Please note that Saint Martin is an island with many hills.
