If a beach day is on the agenda, the beach access path is right across the street on the front of the home and you actually have views of the Ravenel Bridge and the Morris Island Lighthouse from the back! Relaxing won't be hard with two spacious screened-in porches both offering stunning views of the sunset and the lovely Lowcountry Marsh below. There is a place underneath the home to store kayaks and you can launch them right from the private dock off the home. If you want to grab a bit of fresh air, the gas grill and firepit await for cookouts and reminiscing under the stars. There is also a washer/dryer underneath the home and an extra full refrigerator for stocking up on groceries. Don't worry about sandy toes either because there is also an outdoor shower.

When you want to explore the area, be sure to make your way one mile up the coast to Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve boasting wonderful panoramic views. When you need to head into town, Folly Beach proper is three miles away boasting plenty of tasty local eateries, the pier, and shopping galore!

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
