Welcome to Seaside Villa 102 on Folly Beach! This fantastic 3 bedroom and 3 bath condo features picturesque views of the Atlantic and Folly Pier. The location cannot be beat with the direct beach access and walking distance to downtown Folly Beach, where all shops, restaurants, and entertainment are located. Relax and enjoy all that this eclectic beach town has to offer.

You'll love having your own space with the full bathroom for each bedroom. Open floor plan combines kitchen, dining, and living area. Oceanfront porch provides the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or a relaxing happy hour. Kitchen includes all the amenities for the family chef to prepare meals. Gather together to catch up as a family around the 6-person dining table. Living area has 2 couches to lounge and TV for the big-game or movie night. Private access to the porch from the living area and oceanfront king bedroom.

There are a washer & dryer in the unit; free Hi-speed WIFI & Cable; 2 reserved parking spaces; and the elevator right outside your door makes transporting luggage and groceries a breeze. There is an outside shower & direct beach access right beside the building, & a lifeguard station on the beach, directly behind the condo.

Only 25 minutes drive to historic downtown Charleston. Charleston offers historic tours, carriage rides, museums, boutique shopping, world-class dining, and stroll down the harbor at Waterfront Park or The Battery.

Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. Property is handled through property management company and has 24-hr on-call emergency maintenance services. Best location we could have asked for! Close to all things Folly. Parked upon arrival and didn’t drive again until our stay was over.Nice three bed/ three bath, oceanfront unit. It was well equipped with everything we needed. It also had the best nonstick cookware we have ever had in a villa. Matt, the manager, was very quick to respond, extremely nice and helpful, and made up for an inconvenient leak from the unit above us that poured down into our villa. Thank you again, Matt! Dinner at Rita’s was exceptional Fortunately, the two leaks went into one tub/shower unit and into the jacuzzi tub, so none of our belongings got wet.We slept surprisingly well the first three nights, considering how hard the king bed was, but the last two nights started taking a toll. I couldn’t have done another night, no, no, no.The queen and twins were springy and had a mattress cover on them, so the offspring slept well.All in all, we had a very good stay and we hope to come back!

We had a wonderful 8 days staying at this condo. Beautiful location directly beside the pier and walking distance from everything on Center Street. The condo itself was very roomy and comfortable with everything needed already included.

Great rental agency, very easy to deal with, great location, nice layout of living space. Floors, furniture dirty, not a lot of kitchen equipment but it does have the basics. Would recommend agency and location.

Easy walking to everything. Restaurants, shopping. We didn't move our car for a week. Only wish they had room darkening curtain in master bedroom. Still a 5 star rating for us.

Great condo – perfect location!

Great condo – perfect location! This condo was exactly as it was described. The three bedrooms worked perfectly for four ladies on a girls' trip with a king bed, a queen bed and two twins. We could walk to the beach in less than a minute or walk to the downtown area in just over a minute. Great views from the huge lenai. The furniture was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have covered parking and even a locked storage area downstairs.

50th Anniversary for my sister and her husband

We had the first floor corner condo with great views of the beach and pier. We prepared breakfast in the morning and sat on the deck with coffe and eggs each morning. Trying to cook was a challenge between the crooked pans and stovetop. Appliances could use an update. But overall we had a wonderful time exploring Charleston and Folly area

Clean, relaxing, nicely decorated beach house. It was inviting & right on the beach.

It was a great place to stay. We have 2 small children & it was perfect for our family. The beach access is so close it was no hardship to carry out beach gear & children. The property is within walking distance of the main restaurant section of town. Even my 3yo walked with us to several restaurants during the week. They also have lock-ups with extra beach gear to borrow. We had chairs, an umbrella & even a kite or 3yo was so excited about we took it to the beach everyday after we discovered it. Michael was accessible during our stay to help us figure out a couple things in the property & to suggest restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay & will definitely be staying again!

This home was amazing! You could ask for a better location or a more comfortable home. We had family from Summerville visit while we were there and everyone had the best time.Home is great for a couple of families and couldn't be closer to the beach and restaurants. I didn't get in my car once while I was there. Absolutely everything is within easy walking distance.Puzzles, games and so many places to have a great meal and play games with the kids.My Mom and I can't wait to come back!

Wonderful week at the beach

This was a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the beach with the family. The view from the porch was amazing! Beautiful sunrises every morning and sunsets from the pier. Perfect spot that we could easily walk to eat and shop!

Couldn't ask for a better location. Beach, bars, restaurants, shopping...all right there. Clean place, spacious, every room has its own bathroom. We all had a blast! View from the porch is why oceanfront rules. I gotta be able to see the ocean at all times.
