You will be charmed by this unique house classified 3*! Make your life easier in our beautiful seaside resort by choosing this prime location, close to amenities and tourist points of interest!
The accommodation benefits from an ultra-sought-after location, right in the heart of La Chaume, a fishermen's neighborhood in Les Sables d'Olonne, just a few meters from the mythical Vendée Globe channel!
Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children (no more!), this house offers:
A private garage (300m away)
A fiber connection (teleworking possible, don't hesitate anymore!)
The charm of the stone will seduce you, that's for sure! This freshly renovated small house is composed on the ground floor:
1 living room (TV) dining room kitchen
1 independent toilet
Upstairs, a staircase will allow you to access:
1 bedroom with a 160*200cm bed, desk, television.
1 bedroom with bunk beds (caution: the top bunk is prohibited for children under 6 years old).
1 bathroom connecting the 2 bedrooms with shower, washing machine and toilet.
No need to be transported, you will absolutely find everything nearby (bakery, grocery store, supermarket, restaurants and much more...). The Sables d'Olonne train station, served by TGV, is located 4 km from the house and a bus line stops 500 m away.
Practical Information
•Arrival: between 4 PM and 5:30 PM at the agency (In case of late arrival, autonomous entry flexibility outside peak hours.)
•Departure: between 8 AM and 10 AM (In low season and outside events: late departure optional.)
Cleaning: End-of-stay cleaning is included! We simply ask you to: empty trash bins, unmake beds (if option taken), wash and put away dishes, leave the accommodation relatively clean. Thank you!
Linen: Sheets towels optional, to be reserved with the concierge
Deposit: Deposit via bank imprint (Swikly), not debited except for damage
