This home is located in a nice area, the pool and hot tub was fantastic. This home needs to be upgraded and needs a thorough cleaning. There was hair in both showers, and on the bathroom floors. One of the bath room sinks would not drain, I sent a message to the owner and was told the sink drains slow because it is old. The stopper was not attached so the drain was half open, we fixed it and it worked fine after that. The shower head in the second bathroom is old and sprays all over the place, we had to work on it as well. The carpets need to be cleaned there are stains on them. The closet door came apart and we were not able to use it. The owner told us to just take it down and set it against the wall. We were unable to do that because the glass separated from the frame. The tile floors are cracked everywhere.

Great stay in a nice home

Great stay in a nice home in Lake Havasu. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. The home is spacious and clean. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and friendly. Close to all things in Lake Havasu. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!
