Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for summer fun, Spring Break or maybe your a SNOWBIRD looking for some winter sunshine. Terrific 30' swimming pool for doing laps or just floating and splashing around. Enjoy the gas BBQ grill, Cornhole or Foos Ball in the garage. Want to stay inside and enjoy the AC, there are board games or a good book available. Bringing toys? There's easy parking for 4 cars in the driveway and also 75' of side parking for boats and ATVs. The house sleeps eight with ceiling fans throughout and is fully equipped including WiFi.
The space
The Master bedroom has a king bed, a full bath as well as a spa tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with views of the pool, and bedroom 3 is equipped with two twin beds and a desk for those who need to work while visiting. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The dining room has seating for 8 people and there is also seating on the pool patio for 14. The main bathroom is just off the large living area. The kitchen is open to the dining area which opens up to the living room. When preparing a meal you can catch a glimpse of Lake Havasu and the mountains to the west.
Guest access
We do have a locked housekeeper closet near the primary bedroom and a second one in the primary bath. We also have some things on a shelf unit in the garage that are personal or used to maintain the property. We also have our ATV stored in the single garage space. We appreciate these things being left alone. There are 2 Bikes that can be used, as well as, a Corn Hole game, Foos Ball Table, and a Giant Jenga game in the garage. The west side of the property is great for Corn Hole and please return the game to the garage when not using as the heat can be a bit rough on it. Everything else should be accessible.
Other things to note
A refundable security deposit may be required to book this home and security cameras are in place. Please DO NOT DISTURB anything regarding the pool pump or the chlorine float in the pool. The pool vacuum runs during the day to keep the pool clean. If it bothers you, you can disconnect it at the pool wall, remove it from the pool and stretch it out long ways on the north side of the pool deck. You may reconnect it later to help keep the pool clean and if you find you can't do it the pool guy will take care of it when he comes on Wednesdays. The HVAC system is set up for energy conservation and is controlled by the host. If you're uncomfortable during your stay please reach out to the host. The propane tank for the BBQ will need to be filled or exchanged by the guests. Feel free to use it but should it run out you will need to get it filled or exchanged at one of the local vendors. Bashas grocery is about a three minute drive and they have propane tank exchanges. (we appreciate your help with this). Also, please clean the grill after using.
