La Tranche sur Mer, the lighthouse. Detached house with large garden of 700m² in its natural state, comprising equipped kitchen, a bright living room surrounded by bay windows and opening onto the south-facing terrace. A small bedroom: 2 beds of 70cm with a small bathroom: a shower, a washbasin and toilet. A second bedroom a bed of 140cm, a second bathroom with shower and washbasin. A second separate toilet. Car parking space on the land.
Location 150m from the beach and 1000m from the town center.
EQUIPMENT: vacuum cleaner, television, fridge-freezer, washing machine, small oven, microwave, 4 electric burners, electric coffee maker, WIFI.
The end-of-stay cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning option on reservation 70 euros.
Provide proof of Civil Liability insurance with the holiday clause. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season
