A Haven of Peace with swimming pool 15km from the Gulf of St-Tropez
Architect-designed house, spacious, comfortable, on 1.7ha of trees and flowers, 2km from the typical lively Provençal village of Garde Freinet, clear view of the Château de Grimaud in the distance, very beautiful swimming pool with equipped pool house (access point). water, plancha, fridge, bar), numerous hikes possible.
ideal for a stay with family or friends: 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
4 bedrooms have their own bathroom and toilet and have access from the inside and independent access from the outside with terrace, lounge and sun lounger
The house is a haven of peace, in the woods, with open views, well equipped, complete kitchen (piano, large fridge, wine cellar, etc.) comfortable, each room has interior and exterior access with terrace. The Boulodrome and its terrace are shaded. Very beautiful swimming pool with outdoor shower and numerous super comfortable sun loungers and its pool house-bar equipped for meals. Several terraces all equipped with outdoor lounges, deck chairs, sun loungers allowing you to always find a quiet little corner to isolate yourself to read or sip a cocktail alone or with friends.
