This charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom second-floor unit offers an ideal location for your beach vacation. Situated directly across from the Seabrook Island Beach Club and adjacent to the Seabrook Island Club and Ocean Winds/Crooked Oaks golf courses. From the spacious deck, you can savor breathtaking views of Ocean Wind's 18th Green. Don't forget to pack your sunscreen and stroll across the street to Boardwalk 7 to explore the 3.5 miles of beautiful beach.
This beautifully updated villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, shaker cabinets, and a dual Keurig/Brew coffee maker. The kitchen is open to the dining area, featuring a table and seating for six. A vaulted ceiling in the living room adds to the open feel, showcasing a trio of hand sculpted metal turtles and coastal paintings. A large sectional sofa and a 50” Smart HDTV await you to unwind and relax. Step outside through the sliding doors and enjoy the view of golfers heading up the 9th and 18th fairways. The deck area features a large table, perfect for family dinners and creating cherished memories.
The villa has a guest bedroom en-suite. There are two queen beds with sea grass woven head boards, white furniture, desk, ceiling fan and a 42" TV. The bath has tile flooring, a shower/tub combo, and a laundry closet with full size stacked washer and dryer in the vanity area. This bedroom has sliding doors leading to the deck. Enjoy your afternoon cocktails or grab a beach read and sit back in the comfortable seating area. Two lovely couches and two chaises make the perfect conversation spot. The golf course provides an extraordinary setting to watch golfers as well as the wildlife on Seabrook Island.
The large master bedroom en-suite is beautifully updated. A king bed sits under the cathedral ceiling. The ceiling fan brings the beach breezes inside. There is a 42" TV for your enjoyment. Two swivel chairs are the perfect spot for morning coffee while you plan your day ahead. Sliding doors access the deck. The bath has a tiled walk-in shower and a second vanity/dressing area.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for all gate passes. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL. Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
No rental LSV vehicles allowed at Atrium Villas

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.
