Indian Rocks Beach is back to being the perfect getaway after the hurricane in 2024 and it’s calling your name! Just steps from the sand is this comfortable (2 bedroom/1 bath) house that is the getaway you've been looking for. The recently renovated house has a spacious living room and a relaxing screened in patio. It's just a 13 minute walk to the beach. Indian Rocks beach is a charming low-key community which hosts a beautiful beach and fabulous restaurants. Famous Clearwater Beach is only 6 miles away (14 minute drive). There are numerous activities within walking distance such as a water park, a nature preserve, a neighborhood boat ramp, kayak and paddle board rentals. BTR #1880
