The recently renovated house has a spacious living room and a relaxing screened in patio. It's just a 13 minute walk to the beach. Indian Rocks beach is a charming low-key community which hosts a beautiful beach and fabulous restaurants. Famous Clearwater Beach is only 6 miles away (14 minute drive).
