Premises were very clean. Fairly comfortable living space. Clear instructions on opening pantry and use of existing materials were lacking. For the number of occupants allowed there were not enough cups, dishes, and cutlery. Nice, quiet neighborhood with access to many dining and entertainment options. Overall a pleasant stay.

Nice single house in a quiet neighborhood near some resources (WalMart, fast food places). Beds didn’t have real mattresses. Host was accommodating for some things which we appreciated.

Worse experience ever.

Broken furniture cameras inside the house four of them had to beg to get access to the master bedroom and bath had no access to the office. The homeowner entered the house while me and my coworkers were gone for the day overall bad experience. Do not recommend renting this house.

During a planned inspection of the plumbing system in the house, which the guest was properly informed about in advance through the app, I discovered that the guest had used a room/bed he was not supposed to, as it was not included in his reservation. When I confronted him about this violation, he deflected by raising an issue with an inactive camera in the house, a complaint he had not mentioned until the last night of his stay. The camera's lens was covered and positioned away from any viewing angle. Nonetheless, the camera has been removed. The office is locked and not accessible to guest as stated in the listing, which the guest knew. Nonetheless, he broke inside the office and tampered with the security systems. This was the second time booking reservation with me.

Beautiful stay

The home was easy to checkin owner was friendly, the house was beautiful, the shower felt lovely, but you do have to bring your own wash clothes "there were none". Kitchem was beautiful but need more eating plates. we did not have trash bags other than the one in the trash can, the beds are really low and are twin size "rooms are big enough to have atleast fullsize beds, not sitting on the ground". The Beds are not made for couples. lights flicker near rooms 1,2,&3... and the first bathroom. no cable/apps unless you can login on your personal apps to the 1 tv in a 4 bedroom home. Group home stay setting ... pantry door was locked, those are small fixtures other than that it was a big house and owner was kind
