Only 15 mins from the beach extremely close to popular shopping, restaurants, close to the freeways for ease of travel. The house is located right next to a lake that gives people the ability to fish all day or relax on the hammock and enjoy the beautiful South Florida weather . This cozy house has brand new furniture for a nice movie night or have a couple drinks at the bar. If you have any more questions or concerns , please write me a message .

Nice place! Peacock bass fishing right out the back door! Plenty to keep everyone entertained. Community pool is a short drive and Olympic sized. Ps5 and pool table were popular during our stay.

Nice and clean house. Owner is very friendly and care for the guest's comfort. Feels like walking in your own home. Kitchen is fully stocked and rest of the house has all required items for short stay. Nice water view and quite neighborhood.

Lake house weekend!

My friend and I wanted a beach staycation with a nice view, and we got it! I have stayed at several places over the years and this was one of my favorite. Sitting out back watching Tv was so relaxing. Driving out to the beaches was a beautiful drive, and there's amazing restaurants everywhere. Cody was great and very accommodating from the moment I made the reservation. This is my number 1 spot the next time I come back.

Perfect host, super fun stay!

Peaceful spot looking out on water, a fun outdoor tiki hut with 3 large couches and a big TV for fabulous movie nights! Cody made sure we had everything we needed -- strong coffee, sodas + beach wagon, boogie boards (4), towels, pickleball paddles too! The pool/pickleball/tennis area for the community was lovely. No wonder Cody is a super host -- he went above and beyond to meet with my Mom who lives nearby to make sure everything was perfect for our stay, and always answered questions quickly. We'll definitely be back!

No Surprises...which was the surprise.

We've shied away from VRBO because of bad luck with other rentals. Fab houses that were on a literal HIGHWAY, tiny houses with parking that the owner forgot to move her own car so we were on our own...Renting other peoples homes just became a literal gamble based on fake (or friends) reviews. We rented this one at the last minute because of a family emergency and did zero reserach because we just needed beds. This place is exactly as advertised. The owner is nice and accommodating. The nieghborhood is quiet and peaceful. Nothing is broken. Comfortable bed. Thanks for making it easy.

Hanukkah in Boca

We absolutely fell in love with this immaculately clean and fun lake house!! Cody the owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent and, stocked the house with bottle water, beer and wine! Remember to stay hydrated. The house is also a gamers delight with several old arcade machines, as well as plenty of awesome sports memorabilia; it was a great vibe to watch the World Cup finals! We will return!!

The host was prompt with all communication. The property was just what we were looking for to be close to family during the Thanksgiving holiday. Small touches like water bottles provided in the refrigerator were appreciated. The arcade games were fun to play and we enjoyed relaxing under the tiki hut.

What a great place! We honestly don't feel the pics do it justice. The house was emaculate. Well decorated throughout, including some pretty cool sports memorabilia and an awesome outside space overlooking the water. Loved the Golden Tee machine. Plenty of other games and activities provided. The owner, Cody, was easy to communicate with and was so generous with us, with a welcoming "help yourself to anything". Plus, the unit was offered at a reasonable rate. Next time we're in the Boca area, we're definitely staying again. Thanks, Cody!

Wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful experience in this home. The owner was extremely hospitable and the home was very clean. We have three boys and they had a blast playing the old school video games, fishing, and putting on the green. Thank you for a wonderful family experience! I highly recommend this home.

The moment we walked into the home we knew were going to have a great time. We were so pleased to see that the house was exactly as the pictures listed on the VRBO site. We were so surprised to find a welcome package in the refrigerator. This gave us an opportunity to unwind and refresh before going out shopping. We had everything that we needed available to us in the home. Relaxing mornings and evenings outback, with the pond and wildlife, was a real treat! Our communication with Cody was exceptional,. He was extremely response to our requests! A perfect host! Cody's property will be at the top of our list for future visits.

Cozy retreat

Great place to stay if your a sports fan or a guys trip. Location is great if you love golf and have 3 guys, if you have a 4th someone will have to sleep on a couch. Everything is close by and easy access, great variety of restaurants in the area. Communication with owner was outstanding, had the fridge stalked with drinks and condiments, I would suggest stopping at house first before going to store to pick up what you need.

Location of the house was great for what we needed, when we arrived it was cleaned and well stocked up with supplies and everything we needed for our 2 weeks stay. Owner is very responsive and answered all of our questions within minutes! You will encounter many bird species, turtles and fish in this lake, fun to watch
