The house was fantastic. It had everything you could possibly need. Brian and Teresa were great to work with. The only negative was that the pool was not heated and was unusable during our stay. The advertisement should clarify this.

Beautiful location

This was the perfect house to rent for a month. Nice community, close to amenities: hiking, mountain bike riding, motorcycle, walking, gyms, shopping. The owners very friendly & helpful with anything we needed. Looking forward to returning next year!

Great Vacation Rental. Quiet, Safe and clean gated neigborhood.

This is a must stay home when visiting phoenix. Very easy access to almost everything. Awesome mountain views, clean and safe neigborhood. I like the arragement of the home. Its stocked with all essentials.. the owners were very friendly and readily avaible if needed.

Convenient location, clean, and photos were true to the property’s furnishings and condition. Well appointed kitchen (note that the owner doesn’t allow renters to use the fridge water or ice maker…they consider doing so a liability). Really nice to have a garage. The owners don’t control the community pool so no stars docked, but note that if you are wanting a very nice pool, this isn’t it. It’s small with only one shade option. Neighborhood is gated and quiet.

The positive: I am very sorry to have to give such a poor review for what is actually a very nice apartment. It is not the fault of the landlord or Vrbo. The landlords were very nice and always helpful. Therefore, I have no complaints in this regard. The apartment is located in the Condesa district, which is known for its many bars and restaurants and offers a good nightlife. The negative:The apartment is located near a large intersection and main traffic artery. From there comes a never-ending and infernal traffic noise, including constant honking, that continues almost 24/7. The landlord has kindly provided earplugs on the bed in anticipation of this. However, if you want to talk or watch television, all windows must be closed tightly. This is not really enjoyable in the intense heat. In my case, one of the two lifts was out of order for over two weeks and the other was often in use for removals. This means that when you come up from the car park on level -5 and want to go to the 10th floor, you have to wait what feels like an eternity. Last but not least, the swimming pool is not maintained and was freezing cold during my stay.
