Welcome to Villa Kauiki, an elegant traditional Balinese villa, built entirely of natural wood and featuring an infinity pool. <br>Located halfway up a quiet and secure residential area in the town of Punaauia, Villa Kauiki will charm you with its harmony and relaxing atmosphere, complete with views of the ocean and the lagoon.<br>It’s the ideal home for a family getaway or a holiday with friends on the island of Tahiti.<br><br>Inspired by the local Balinese style, Villa Kauiki is a home enhanced by its decorative influences from around the world and its large open spaces that let in fresh air and natural light year-round. <br>All of its living areas open onto a magnificent, spacious 70m² covered terrace, with a tree-lined garden below and a pool area offering unobstructed views of the valley and the ocean. <br>Thanks to its location, the house benefits from a breeze that provides natural ventilation and keeps the house cool at all times, so air conditioning is not necessary. <br><br>Villa Kauiki can comfortably accommodate 5 people: <br>- It features a spacious 32 m² master suite with ocean views, complete with a king-size bed and its own private bathroom (bathtub, shower, single sink, toilet). It also includes a large walk-in closet and a Smart TV (with access to Netflix, Prime Video, etc.). <br><br>- A second bedroom is located on the mezzanine, above the living room. It features two single beds and has its own bathroom (shower, single sink, toilet) and a walk-in closet on the ground floor.<br><br>- A large sofa bed is available in the living room and provides an additional sleeping space for one person.<br><br>The house features a fully equipped and functional kitchen that opens onto the living room and a large terrace with an ocean view. <br>You’ll have all the comforts you need, including Wi-Fi, a living area with a large Smart TV (with Netflix, Prime Video, and more), a barbecue, an outdoor shower, and an adjoining laundry room. <br><br>This charming villa is the perfect place for a relaxing, peaceful getaway. The house is located in a secure residential area with a gated entrance.
