Charmante maisonnette meublée de 30 m2 pour 2 personnes, avec varangue. Elle propose à la location un salon avec son coin cuisine et une chambre séparée. Le tout sur 500 m2 de jardin créole clôturé et arboré de fruitiers (jacques, fruit de la passion, papaye, bananes, etc...).
Située à 4 km de la mer, avec vue exceptionnelle sur St Leu et l'océan indien. À 400 m d'altitude on y appréciera son calme et ses couchers de soleil et surtout les températures agréables.
