The only rental house with private pool in the city of Myrtle Beach.
Must be 30 and older to book the place or have someone in the group 30 and older STAYING at the property, valid ID required.
4 BR/4 BH single family house. Two blocks away from the beach and one block to the strip. Private 8ft deep art pool, 3ft shallow end. 2 decks, one of them is overlooking pool and has slight view of the ocean. Free parking on driveway for 4 cars.
No early check ins, late check outs, bags drop off, early\late parking, plz respect our time needed for cleaning and preparing this huge property for you.
From October we offering heating up the pool up to 78-80 degrees for a fee, that goes towards utility bill.

Special features:
- Switch for lights on palm trees is on the side of the house by the bathrooms outside
- Pool light controller is in the pool room on the wall by the door. You can open it to change settings for different colors of pool light. (PLZ SHUT OFF AFTER YOU FINISHED USING POOL AT NIGHT!!!)
- The property has access to well water. The pump is located by the pool and pool water is the only water hooked up to well. The well water is tested for metals and you can drink it, but AT YOUR OWN RISK! Faucet is located right by the pump coming out of PVC pipe.
