Welcome to Gulfstream Cottages 312! This beautifully decorated, two-bedroom, two-bath townhouse has all the necessary furniture, electronics, and appliances and is less than a five-minute walk away from the beach.

This rental features:

-Bedroom #1: hardwood floor, King-sized bed with firm mattress, desk, dresser,1080p HDTV

-Bedroom #2: hardwood floor, queen-size bed, a bunk bed (two twin beds, upper twin bed only for child), dresser, 1080p HDTV

-Bathrooms: two bathrooms, combination tub/shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap provided

-Living room: wood floors and traditional furnishings with queen-size sleeper sofa, 50' HD smart TV with Ruko streaming channels and DVD player, High speed, Free Wi-Fi access (standard internet)

-Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, plates, bowls, paper towel, utensils, and cookware

-Dining area: dining table seating for four, and two counter seating

-Linens and towels, laundry with washer and dryer

-Enclosed backyard with patio with a charcoal grill and table/chairs seating for four

-Covered front porch with comfortable chairs

-Beach chairs (6) and beach umbrella (1) provided

-Private community pool just across the property

-Monthly rent is available from Nov. to Feb.

everything was wonderful. It was a convenient place to stay for our volleyball tournament in town. The Host was very gracious and helpful. The house was very quaint and clean. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. The king size bed was very nice. On the firm side but that's what we like.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The ocean views were stunning, and being just steps from the beach made it perfect for morning walks and sunset views. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience seamless. This was a really nice home for our weekend stay. It is as described and only a three minute walk to the beach! I liked the barbecue area and the full kitchen and laundry room. The host is very pleasant and helpful and we would definitely book this home again
