It is located 2km from the Hospital Center, the city center, the nearest bus stop is 2 mins away, the train station 4 km away, Royan 20 mins away, Rochefort 30 mins away, La Rochelle 45 mins away, the islands from Oléron and Ré about 1 hr.

By staying here, you will appreciate the calm, the view, the proximity to shops and the richness of the local heritage, the Gallo-Roman amphitheater, built in 40-50 AD, one of the best preserved amphitheaters in France, the Germanicus arch.......


When you enter the house, you will have a panoramic view of the living room, in the background you will see the ornamental garden, its lawn, its shrubs... but immediately you will be immersed in the tranquility of the place!
The house is composed of a large living room of approximately 30m2 with dining table and 6 chairs, living room with 2 non-convertible sofas, flat screen TV, Chrome cast, Internet box.
The fitted and very well equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, 4-burner city gas hob, filter coffee maker + Senséo, toaster, all the utensils necessary to prepare delicious meals!

The accommodation has 3 bedrooms, one of which is private.
The first bedroom has a 140 double bed, the second 2 bunk beds.
A possible office space in the living room.

In summer, you can have your breakfast outside, on the terrace or under the big Christmas tree and enjoy the view of the garden.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The accommodation has a large capacity gas barbecue, if you wish to use it an additional €10 will be required to guarantee the purchase of gas.
Linen is included in the cleaning fee on some platforms.

Regarding waste, containers available in front of the house, street side:
• green cover: household waste
• yellow lid: recyclable waste, yellow bag made available in the kitchen
. white container: plastic food bottles only

• glass packaging, packaging and paper: to be placed in the corresponding containers in the laundry room, we will manage their removal.
