For your stay in Romain Saintonge, Patrice and Claudine offer you their seasonal rental, classified two stars, for four people, in the "furnished tourist accommodation" category, from the Charente maritime and the Saintes tourist office, this since 2004 . This seasonal rental open all year is located at the exit of the town of Saintes, in a calm and restful place. It is an independent house, which is suitable for two to four people. It includes a separate kitchen with a BZ, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a bathroom, all well equipped.
Are attached to the rental, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. In summer, you can access the deckchairs, the secure swimming pool shared with the owners.
In the house you will find binders with tourist brochures, which will help you choose your discoveries, your hobbies as well as some local recipes.
If however you do not find what you are looking for or if you hesitate on a discovery, Patrice and Claudine will be happy to help you.
This house can receive:

-Smokers are allowed, provided they do not smoke in the house.
_People who want to meet their family, but whom the latter cannot accommodate. _ Cyclists who want to visit the city and its surroundings by bike "flow bike", we have a shelter to protect the bikes.

Comfortable and quiet gite

This is a very comfortable gite, conveniently situated on the edge of Saintes, but away from the main road so nice and quiet. There is a pleasant walk along a quiet road beside the river Charente into Saintes. Claudine and Patrice are kind and generous hosts.

A Week in the Gite

Set in a very quiet location about 2.5km from the centre of Saintes. The Gite has everything one could need, with good size rooms, an outside area for dinning plus the use of the owners swimming pool. The owner were so kind and helpful and made us feel really welcome, we wished we had booked for two weeks not the one. If we return to the area for a holiday would stay nowhere else.

Dejligt ophold , nogle meget hjælpfulde og søde værter.Lidt gammeldags og slidt indretning men alt fungerede fint. Vi kunne bruge swimmingpoolen, så meget vi ville .Vi fik mange gode råd til udflugter, og ting at se. Huset passer til to eller to voksne med to børn.

Super belle ville de Saintes, maison confortable pour une famille de 4 (2 adultes, 2 enfants, 1 chien). Les propriétaires (claudine et Patrice) vivent dans la maison dans la même propriété. Ils sont très accueillants, de très bon conseil pour les activités à Saintes ou dans les alentours. Les enfants ont adoré en autre le port miniature de St Savinien, la visite de l'amphithéâtre à Saintes. Nous avons pu aussi visiter l'île d'Oléron (40 minutes de voiture environ). Nous sommes partis ravis de notre séjour. Merci Claudine et Patrice.

Gîte reposant est très calme nous avons passer un super séjour le plus la piscine mais nous n avons pas eu le temps dy aller trop de chose a faire propriétaire très sympathique..jolie décoration literie super confortable seul bémol téléviseur trop petit et mal placé dans la chambre il serait mieux placé dans la salle a manger nous y reviendrons car vraiment bien situé..bravo a Claudine et Patrice pour ce bel emplacement décoré et rénové avec goût....

C'est un lieu calme, avec tout le confort désiré et une piscine très agréable. Le niveau d'accueil est jusqu'ici pour moi inégalé, tout est fait pour passer un séjour charmant. L'implication des propriétaires est totale, on est reçu comme chez des amis. Je vous recommande ce gite fortement.

Magnifique

On était très bien accueillit chez Patrice et Claudine avec du jus et du petits biscuits Charentin. Le gite conforme avec la description une belle piscine, logement très bien équipé y a même un classeur de recettes de la région , des très beaux petits décores, on nous a bien conseillé par rapport à ce qu'on voulait faire en plus la disposition d'un autre classeur avec tous les dépliants de la région et même les villes proches, on à garer la voiture juste en face de la maison. Le port miniature était un paradis avec les enfants, la pèche en famille aussi dans la pisciculture et ramené les truites péchés pour le dîner était une très belle idée, les petits bateaux électriques à saintes sur la Charente était parfait vraiment , la pèche à pieds des huîtres à l’île de l'oléron était aussi pas mal , bref plein plein des petites activités en famille. On vous recommande vivement ce logement d’ailleurs on l'a recommandé à notre entourage tellement on était satisfait. Mme Claudine nous à même offert à l'entrée des masques en tissus et un ptt bag et une pochette de savon apparemment fait à la main, n'hésitez pas on s'occupe bien de vous. Merci beaucoup

Ce gîte de plain-pied confortable, plein de charme, couchage impeccable, est un véritable havre de paix dans une ville au riche patrimoine. Patrice et Claudine sont très accueillants et leur présence (ce qui est un atout pour nous) fort discrète.
