The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is rustically furnished. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property over the panorama and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, deck chair, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. Smokers.

Your holiday apartment offers 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 65 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating (fuel oil). Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is im Erdgeschoss and ground level and leads over an external stair directly in the vestibule with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Eat-in kitchen with lounge, TV and radio. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with dinette, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Mölbling, 900 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is situated on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with a lawn, bordered by a hedge. The landlord only occasionally resides in the house but uses a separate entrance. Green location. Access is via a side road (paved). In winter, snow chains are recommended. Parking in the garage and on the street in front of the house.

Central heating (oil). Internet access (Wi-Fi), washing machine and tumble dryer. TV reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a fire extinguisher.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October 5.4 m x 7.2 m 1.50 m deep).

The Eberstein-Saualpe ski area is a stunning panoramic ski area with views over Carinthia. Most modern drag lift, children's ski course. Ideal for learning to ski and sun skiing, also for ski touring or snowshoe excursions. The Schleppe-Alm Funkpark ski area is located 30 km away, near Klagenfurt. Ice skating at Längsee 15 km.

Die Wohnung ist super toll ausgestattet, sehr sauber und der Vermieter sehr nett und immer darauf bedacht, das alles ok. ist. Auch die Zufahrtsstrasse ist keine Schotterstraße, wie angegeben, sondern asphaltiert und gut befahrbar. Es war für uns ein rundrum gelungener Urlaub.
