Beautiful vacation home near the beach. The house has 3 bedrooms, in bedroom 2 the double bed is 130 cm wide. This smaller cottage area is located on the outskirts of Nyborg and directly on the Great Belt and is ideal for nature lovers, water lovers and avid anglers. The beautiful town of Nyborg has, among other things, a golf course, an adventure pool, museums, inviting pubs and stores with a good selection. Nyborg is also centrally located for excursions and by the impressive bridge over the Great Belt.

Schön entspannt

In einem Ferienhaus das sehr gut ausgestattet war konnten wir richtig schön entspannen. Sehr gute Lage zum Strand und nahe Ortslage-sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad in 3-5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Keine wirkliche Reinigung der Vormieter

Leider haben wir das Objekt in keinem wirklich halbwegs gereinigten Zustand vorgefunden. Eine Vorab-Kontrolle der Agentur hat unserer Meinung nach nicht oder höchstens mit geschlossenen Augen stattgefunden. Wir haben die Mängel Novasol bzw. Dansommer gemeldet - und uns wurde kostenlos eine Endreinigung angeboten. Trotzdem ist es kein angenehmes Gefühl in ein Ferienhaus einzuziehen, das kaum gereinigt worden war, und zuerst z.B. Kissen und Matratzenschoner waschen zu müssen, um sie nutzen zu können. Das grundsätzlich gemütliche Haus hatte eine gründliche Reinigung innen nötig - und auch im Außenbereich wäre einiges in Schuss zu bringen. Die neuen Terrassen sind gut, aber herumliegende Zigarettenkippen, leere Zigarettenschachteln und jede Menge Unkraut machen den Eindruck sofort zunichte. Schade, trotzdem hat uns der Urlaub unterm Strich gefallen. Viele Grüße Tobias Grießer

Nyborg Sommerbyen 56

Die Lage des Ferienhauses war gut. Strandnähe, Parkplatz alles gut. Der Zustand des Ferienhauses war absolut nicht zufriedenstellend. Was Sauberkeit, Ordnung usw. betrifft. Das Bad war eine Katastrophe.( verfaultes Holz in der Dusche, dreckig, so das man sich ekelte) die Unterkunft hat die letzte Reinigung im Jahr 2021 erfahren. Wir haben das Beste aus dem Urlaub gemacht, aber weiter empfehlen können wir das Ferienhaus absolut nicht!!!
