The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, barbecue facilities and terrace. Sunny meadow location, sunbathing lawn, clean small enclosure with 3 ducks and laying hens, which the landlady keeps as a hobby. Lockable bicycle/ski room, drying room with boot-drying system. Clothes airer available,

also laundry service – including drying (small surcharge).

The landlord lives permanently in the house. The well-equipped apartment is built and furnished in a country house style. Living area 75m² + 12m² south-facing balcony; non-smoking apartment - smoking permitted on the balcony. View from the property - panoramic view: towards the town, and of the Kitzbühel Alps - the "Wilder Kaiser", the "Kitzbüheler Horn" and the "Kalkstein". Over New Year, with an additional charge, up to 11 people can be accommodated with an additional double room, shower/WC.
