Our BRAND NEW 3 Bed/3 Bath condo is part of the up-and-coming Sunset Caribe Belize Resort. You will have the comforts of our full kitchen, living area, 3 spacious bedrooms, and most importantly our relaxing balcony. You will have expansive views, overlooking the Cayes or Bayside of San Pedro, from EVERY room. The Sunset views are simply breathtaking.

We are an easy 1.5 - 2-mile golf cart ride North of San Pedro. Our resort, Sunset Caribe, is located nicely between the fun of downtown San Pedro and the popular attractions, beach vibes, and luxury of Northern Ambergris Caye.

*Please note - The construction of our condo and building is finished. However, Sunset Caribe is currently expanding to the South of us. You may hear some construction noise between the hours of 7:30 am - 5:00 pm. Fortunately, our condo is on the 3rd floor which helps to decrease the construction noise.

As part of the "Caribeville" community, you will have access to several services.
• The Belize Medical Associates building is a four-story facility that includes a private clinic offering medical services to the public during regular business hours and 24-hour emergency care to owners and guests. (Our concierge team can easily schedule a departure Covid test with BMA if needed.)
• The Spa and Salon are also located in the BMA building.
• Rain Restaurant (located at the top of the "Rain" building) is known for its outstanding Caribbean and American cuisine with seating in a covered yet open environment. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Aqua Restaurant (located inside on the 3rd floor of the "Rain" building) is known for sushi and seafood. Do not miss sushi night!
• Beach Basket Grocery (located on the 1st floor of the "Rain" building) is known for beer, wine, and liquor sales as well as grocery and provisioning services prior to your arrival.

• Full Kitchen with quartz countertops (Dining for nine, three at the bar, and six at the table)

• Master Bedroom includes a closet, safe, iron/ironing board, 42-inch smart TV, and 1 luggage rack. Also includes a walk-out balcony.

• Second Bedroom includes a closet, safe, 42-inch smart TV, and 1 luggage rack. This room has the option of 1 King size bed or two twins. **Please notify us of your preference prior to arrival**

• Third Bedroom includes a closet, safe, 42-inch smart TV, and 1 luggage rack. This room has the option of 1 King size bed or two twins. **Please notify us of your preference prior to arrival**

• Each of the 3 Bathrooms have a large walk-in shower, hairdryer, make-up mirror as well as travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion.

• Living room includes a queen sleeper sectional, two armchairs, and a 57-inch smart TV.

• Patio with seating for four and sunset views.
