Stummerberg, 1000 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. In the same house are the holiday apartments TIR ZIL 101 (7 people), TIR ZIL 102 (8 people), TIR ZIL 103 (13 people), TIR ZIL 104 (5 people), and TIR ZIL 185 (12 people). Wonderful view of the Zillertal valley up to the Hintertux Glacier. Access is via a (paved) road. In winter, snow chains are mandatory. Parking (for 12 cars) on the property. Access via mountain road.

Ski rental, ski school, cross-country ski trail each 5 km in Kaltenbach. Ski bus for a fee.

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist besonders günstig: Traumhafter Blick über das Zillertal und in 9 Autominuten sind Sie im Tal Die Wohnung ist wunderbar geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Nachteile sind das Fehlen von Waschmaschine und Wäscheservice. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat auch ein Dachfenster ohne Verdunkelung. In den Sommermonaten sehr unangenehm. Ich habe auch Spielgeräte im Garten vermisst.

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Es tut uns leid, dass die Beschreibung des Skibusses und der Restauranteinrichtungen auf 70 m nicht zutreffen. Darauf hatten wir uns weitgehend eingestellt. Auch die Qualität des WIFI ist oft gescheitert.
