Ground floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and (appropriate under 11 years) and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, lounge and dinette. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Kitchen as intersecting room and with dinette, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
Upper floor: Living room with lounge, dinette, TV, radio and CD. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Common room as intersecting room and with lounge and dinette. Frydlant, 380 mASL. The holiday home is situated on a 4000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Garden pavilion with garden furniture. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.
