The studio is located in a terraced house built in 2006 and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and the sunny hillside location. Available for shared use: children's playground, swing, sandbox, terrace, and garden furniture. A ski or bicycle room is available for all 5 holiday apartments, where each holiday apartment has its own lockable ski locker.

The holiday apartments and studios are located on the ground floor of the residential building and all have an entrance from outside. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
