Nice beach ocean front property within a short walk to the beach. A typical nice home. With 3 bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, and living room to relax. You're able to enjoy the breeze and the sound of the waves of the ocean. Fabulous spacious home to enjoy your stay away from home.

Check in was a breeze and the kitchen facilities are nice... Pots and pans in the over.. plates and glass on the shelf. 6 bowls on counter and spoons and forks in the drawer. Microwave oven and toaster works super great.

Scary neighborhood. The kitchen is not equipped with basic kitchen utensils. The entire house needs deep cleaning & mattresses are not comfortable.

Thank you kindly for sharing your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations. Regarding the neighborhood, I completely understand how it may have felt. Some of the surrounding homes are not in the best condition because Puerto Rico has gone through several tough hurricane seasons, and unfortunately many families are still recovering. We do our very best to keep our property safe, clean, and as welcoming as possible.

Why they chose this property

Located on the northeast side of Puerto Rico island in Loiza with ocean front views and beach access within seconds. Provided an island get away from the mainland in an historical neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Right in front of the beach / ocean.
In a historical district and has my nice home there.
