It comes with an open floor plan. The living space features a convertible sofa bed and a dining table. The kitchenette is equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric hob, a microwave and a coffee machine.

The bathroom contains all the essentials you'll need for convenience, including clean towels, toiletries and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Plenty of great dining options are nearby, including Caffé Roma, Morrisons Irish Pub, and Le Bistrot Gourmand. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, this location is an ideal base to discover all Cannes offers.

This property boasts a convenient location with easy access to various transportation options. The Cannes train station is just a 4-minute walk away, providing quick connections to other parts of the city. The Cannes la Bocca station is 3.1 km away for those travelling further afield, while the Golfe-Juan-Vallauris station is 6 km away.

Please note that late check-in after 23:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
