About this property

two apartments- one house! Our house is perfect for big family or group of friends who want to stay together but still want a privacy of their own space. We have two apartments in the house with common space. Fantastic location in the best neighborhood of the city! Just a short block from Elmwood ave where you can find all kinds of restaurants, coffee shops, boutique stores, etc. Local supermarket - Lexington Coop is just few blocks away. same laundromat where you can just drop off your laundry and pick it up next day. We are short drive to Downtown waterfront and sports Arena and about 25 min drive to Niagara Falls.
Our house has a charm of an old Buffalo home with mix of modern and retro decor. Hardwood floors, nice size bedrooms, two futons for extra seeping space in one of the living rooms. With two 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment setup, you get a convenience of extra kitchen. upstairs living room has enough space for the whole family.
We have windows AC units for every bedroom from May to October.
Parking is free on the street.

Great location, lots of room!

We thought there would be 6 beds but there are 4 (doubles and queens) so two had to double up. No big deal and the beds were comfortable. Easy check in and out and Elmwood Village has everything
