My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The home was exactly as pictured—clean, well-maintained, and easy to find and access. It was also spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all nine of us. The host, David, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re visiting the area and looking for a place to stay, I would definitely recommend this home.

Small unit behind the main house. The two steps at entry were quite high. A challenge for senior citizens. Also a step down to two main bedrooms and a step down to tv room. Bedrooms on one side of the house were too warm and on the other side were in sync with A/C. Location was very convenient. But also close to less than desirable neighborhoods. We had everything we needed and host checked in to make sure we did. Would we stay there again? Probably not.

Hello Dan thanks for your review. We appreciate it. Thanks for being great guests. The ac vents were closed on the bedroom side in the review by the previous guests. Opening the register would have allowed the cool air to enter. We are located in the suburb/Buffalo border and have. We’ve had hundreds of guests and never had any crime or any incidents at our location. We do have a very small step down to our sitting room but not to those bedrooms. That’s all one level. Sorry for any inconvenience and thanks for your patronage.

This was perfect for our family visit to Buffalo! The bedrooms were laid out nicely and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with coffee and other amenities. Definitely recommend for a weekend stay!

Place was very clean and exactly as posted. It’s a remodeled garage but it’s laid out well and served our needs. The owner was even kind enough to call me when they thought I was locked out. It was a misunderstanding but such a kind gesture from them.

It was a beautiful place to stay with everything you needed. Small but plenty of space for a family of 6-8 for a few days. Having 3 bathrooms was very helpful. Weekend at Niagara Falls
