The detached holiday home is functionally furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The residence is also popular due to its quiet location on the edge of the forest. Available for exclusive use: barbecue facilities and garden furniture. Sauna with bathtub. Steep staircase.

Strážné, 810 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm open plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The cosily furnished holiday house has a view of the surroundings. Access is via a side road (unpaved). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars) on the street in front of the house and a car park in the village (distance 1000 m, guarded). Access to the house is only possible in summer or in winter when there is no snow. Parking in summer at the property, in winter with snow at the central car park for a fee (luggage transport in winter with snow is organised by the landlord).

Das Haus liegt traumhaft schön im Wald und es ist herrlich ruhig da. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war freundlich, bei der Abreise war leider keine sprachliche Verständigung möglich.Das Haus selber hat den Charme der 70er Jahre im Sozialismus gebaut. Und leider ist seitdem nur wenig modernisiert. Manches war zu tolerieren (kaputter Duschschlauch, kaputte Ofentür, wackelige Treppenstufen, der wackelige Balkonfußboden...), aber der Dreck auf Sofa, Kissen und vor allem der klebrige Tisch waren schon an der Grenze.Zum Glück hatten wir Decken und Tischdecken im Gepäck. Und die Gartenmöbel- da müsste auch mal was anderes her, um entspannen zu können.

Die Lage ist einzigartig, die ...

Die Lage ist einzigartig, die Hütte liegt im Wald, weitere Hütten in der Umgebung, dennoch ist es sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Die Einrichtung ist sehr rustikal, die Treppen zu den Schlafräumen und zur Sauna sind ziemlich steil aber machbar. Der Weg zur Hütte ist etwas herausfordernd, es ist ein Waldweg. Das Parken ist im Sommer direkt vor der Hütte möglich.

Muckeliges kleines abgelegenes Häuschen

Ausbaufähig definitiv da 1km vom Parkplatz entfernt wäre Schlitten super als service aber der nette Eigentümer hat für nächstes Jahr einen Schlitten da. Ansonsten ganz in Ordnung für den Preis. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Leuk huis in een prachtige omgeving

Wij hebben een fijne week gehad in het huisje hoog in de bergen van Strazne. Veel rust, ruimte en mooie natuur. Het dorp biedt een gezellig hotel waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Toch wil ik u graag iets meegeven. Bij aankomst bleek dat het huisje hoog boven op een berg stond. Geen probleem zou je denken. Maar de weg daar naartoe was dusdanig modderig dat we alleen met de grote auto er naartoe konden rijden en de kleine auto beneden moesten laten staan in het dorp. Die zou het niet redden. Dus hup alle spullen moesten worden over gepakt in de grote auto. Eenmaal boven aangekomen hoorden we van de eigenaar dat we de auto de volgende dag beneden in het dal moesten laten staan. Het zou die week gaan sneeuwen waardoor de auto niet meer naar boven mocht omdat ze vanuit het dorp de weg afzetten met lint. Het bleek een langlaufloipe te zijn. Nu steken wij zo in elkaar dat wij van elke nood een deugd maken, dus niet mopperen en lekker veel wandelen. Is ook prima gegaan totdat onze jongste zich geblesseerd had met skieën en niet goed kon lopen met een dikke knie. Dan is het ineens wel lastig om telkens die berg op en af te lopen. Verder is het een prima huisje met sauna en een gezellig interieur.

Wunderbares Haus mit Schlafplätzen ...

Wunderbares Haus mit Schlafplätzen vom Massivgeschoß bis in die Dachspitze. Die Sauna ist der Knüller. An- und Abtransport im Winter klappt hervorragend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten bei bestem Winterwetter eine schöne Ferienzeit!

Es war ein super Urlaub. Da das Haus weit oben liegt, war der Blick aus dem Fenster unbeschreiblich. Bis das Auge reicht auf die Berge und die Stadt Vrchlabi weit unten im Tal. Herrlich. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und die Besitzer nett und zuvorkommend. Ein einziger minus in dem ganzen: die Heizung. Al wir da waren herrschten Temperaturen um -25°, das hat der Heizung schon Probleme bereitet und der Kamin hat auch nicht richtig funktioniert. Also dicke Socken einpacken. Aber wir würden trotz alldem wiederkommen.
