The holiday flat is located in a semi-detached house and is furnished in a rustic and functional style. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area. The residence is popular also due to its quiet location. Available for shared use: parasol, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Malinska. The holiday apartment is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (paved, length 70 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning. There is no heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception is via satellite.

Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom (unheated) with bathtub with shower attachment, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
