Well located cottage in the popular Boeslum Strand. The cottage is modernized, welcoming and well maintained. The interior is modern. The heart of the house is the large, open-plan kitchen-living room, where you will spend cozy hours playing and eating. From here you go directly to the wooden terrace, which is partly under roof and invites you to spend beautiful hours in the evening outdoors. On the property grows grass and there are scattered shrubs, a beautiful natural plot. The beach is within walking distance and after a ten-minute drive you reach the beautiful town of Ebeltoft with cozy cafes.
